What VoltScape Sign is

VoltScape Sign is an electronic signing service. Parties invited to an envelope can view documents, give electronic consent, and apply signatures. Signers may be asked to verify identity with a one-time code sent by email or SMS, depending on how the envelope is configured.

SMS program terms

Program name: VoltScape Sign.

• We send one-time passcodes only, one text per signing request. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
• Messages are sent from toll-free number +1 (866) 241-4031.
• You enter your own mobile number and tick the consent box before the first code is sent. That number is saved for later signing requests. Each request still gets its own code.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out of further texts from this program. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You may use Sign only for lawful electronic signing of documents you are authorized to view and execute. You must not attempt to bypass authentication, interfere with the service, misuse OTP channels, or use Sign to send spam or unlawful content. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these terms or threatens the integrity of a signing.

Electronic signature consent

By proceeding through a signing flow — including entering an OTP, checking consent boxes, and placing a signature — you consent to conduct the transaction electronically and agree that your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature for that envelope, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimer of warranties

Sign is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoltScape disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Sign will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that SMS or email delivery will always succeed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voltscape, LLC and its officers, members, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from use of Sign or from delayed or undelivered messages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to Sign is limited to the fees (if any) you paid us for Sign in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) if no such fees apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Sign changes. The current version is always published at https://sign.voltscape.co/terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Last updated: 13 October 2026.
